What To Expect

Inspection

Our qualified consultants will schedule an inspection that fits your availability.

While inspecting your roofing system, they will take pictures of everything they find to share with you.

If damage is present, our consultants will advise on if calling your insurance company is crucial to your situation.

If your insurance is involved. Let our consultant know when the adjuster will be out to verify damage.

Choosing Material

Our consultants will determine what roof materials you are interested in and provide a variety of samples, colors, and ideas that are practical to your needs.

Insurance: Your insurance
company will send out the first check and we will order the materials you have chosen.

Retail: We will collect a deposit to order the materials. The amount varies depending on the total cost of the project.

Building Your Roof

Before build day comes, you will be contacted for material delivery and to set proper construction
expectations for you as the client and us as the contractor.

During the build, we will have a Quality Control Technician on-site to ensure the system is being
installed correctly. Living up to the Stonescape pledge is very important to us.

Final

When the roof is completed, we will schedule an inspection with the city or county you live in to ensure your roof meets their requirements.

Upon passing inspection. We will submit a final invoice and set up a time to collect payment.

If an insurance claim was filed, we will provide proof of the completion, which will trigger them to release the rest of the settlement amount.
